The class starts with a 10-minute warm-up with small running bursts, jump rope rounds, push-ups, lunges and body-squats. This is followed by 20 minutes of high-intensity cardiovascular boxing/kickboxing bag work. Using kicks, knee strikes, elbow jabs and punches along with equipment like bags, kicking shields and focus mitts you will sweat away the unwanted extra pounds fast.
This program offers kids karate classes for children ages 4 to 12. It includes two half hour private lessons, a month of Group Instruction and a new Karate Uniform.
Integrated inside our Shaolin Kempo Karate is our Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & Muay Thai Kickboxing. It teaches techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, including take-downs, ground skills, and the stand-up fighting skills of Muay Thai.
