 Our popular Cardio Kickboxing in Oakland classes blend traditional martial arts, boxing and aerobic exercise to get your body into the best shape it’s ever been.  Ran in a Boot Camp Fashion; we combine elements of Boxing, Kickboxing, Boot Camp workouts to create the ultimate total body workout. The class starts with a 10-minute warm-up with small running bursts, jump rope rounds, push-ups, lunges and body-squats. This is followed by 20 minutes of high-intensity cardiovascular boxing/kickboxing bag work. Using kicks, knee strikes, elbow jabs and punches along with equipment like bags, kicking shields and focus mitts you will sweat away the unwanted extra pounds fast.

 After a killer cardio session, you will get a chance to fine tune your body by working out on the TRX Suspension Trainer.  A final 5 minutes will be spent cooling down with stretching.
